The Beginnings of a Legacy
It started in 2006.
After an Arsenal vs Chelsea match, a few Gooners in Bangalore asked a simple question:
"Shall we meet again next week?"
What started as a handful of supporters gathering to watch matches soon grew into a close-knit community built on friendship, passion, and a shared love for Arsenal.
Validation from Arsenal
As the community grew, Arsenal took notice.
In 2012, Arsenal Bangalore was officially recognised as an Official Supporters Group.
From cafés and pubs to packed match screenings, more fans continued to join, turning a small gathering into one of India's most active Arsenal communities.
A Community Like No Other
During the 2017–18 season, Arsenal Bangalore was elevated to Official Supporters Club status.
The years that followed brought unforgettable highs, painful lows, and everything in between. Through it all, the community continued to grow stronger.
Today, thousands of Gooners call Arsenal Bangalore home. What began with a few supporters meeting for a match has become one of the largest Arsenal communities in the world.
As we look ahead to the next chapter, one thing remains unchanged.
Some people walked into an Arsenal Bangalore screening knowing nobody. Today, they walk in and see family. Over the years, this community became more than just football. It became late-night conversations after heartbreaking losses. It became strangers celebrating together like lifelong friends. It became rituals, traditions, friendships, memories. It became home.
From tiny cafés in 2006 to thousands of Gooners filling venues across Bangalore today — this journey has always been built by people who simply refused to stop believing.
